Social Responsibility

Rodecon’s policy towards social responsibility is a commitment to perform a meaningful role in the transformation of South African society in its broadest context both directly and through our partners. Together, with our partners, we are committed to an ongoing role in community development and social responsibility projects. Some of the social responsibility programs are described in the table below.

OrganisationDetails
HOPEWe have established HOPE, a project that aims at providing care and support for people living with HIV/Aids in the greater Alberton. A sponsorship of food, clothing and entertainment for those dependent upon HOPE for survival is provided through RODECON.
MERSETAWe provide apprenticeship training to matriculated students in order to build technical capacity and skills to the broad South African labour pool. The training is aimed at developing practical, outcomes-based content to ensure that students graduate with real-world skills and exposure.
